ASAP Translate Refund Policy Overview
By making a purchase from us you agree to be bound by the following Refund Policy, please read it
thoroughly before placing an order.
You may request a cancellation any time before your order is completed. We will prorate the refund
based on the amount of work the translator has completed on your project. For example:
- You have placed an order for three pages of certified translation totaling $74.85 and
request to cancel within 60 minutes from placing the order, you will receive a full refund
You have placed an order for three pages of certified translation totaling $74.85 and
request to cancel while the order is in progress. we will check on the completion status, if
the translator has already completed 1 page, prorated refund will be for two pages totaling
Secondary services (notarization, shipping, etc.) not provided will be refunded in full.
We provide a 24 hours standard turnaround estimate for 1-3 pages however sometimes completion can
take longer due to poor resolution of files uploaded or in cases of handwritten documents or any
delays caused due to pending clarification/response from the customer. Also any order received by us
after 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a particular business day will be deemed to have been received on
the next Business Day and 24 hours will be calculated from 8:00am of the following business day. ***
For RUSH translation orders, if placed outside business hours and you also require Notary for your
translation, please check with our customer service team if it can be delivered within the timeframe
you need since Notary public is available during business hours only. There will be no refunds or
cancellations done since you are paying the rush fees primarily for translation services only.
We use only qualified translators and assessing the quality of a translation is subjective as there
are often multiple ways to phrase words and word choices though we will make every attempt to work
with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final translation. In rare case that a translator has
failed to deliver a translation up to our quality standards and revisions won’t be adequate to bring
it up to our standards, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund.
Except for USCIS, we do not offer refunds for translation acceptance issues. It is your
responsibility to ensure we meet the requirements of your translation receiving party. Feel free to
contact us with a list of special requirements if any before placing your order to ensure we can
